Charlie Henderson

Entering his fifth season coaching at the 2014 and 2017 levels, Charlie is a highly hands-on coach who is hyper focused on overall skill development and is always looking to stay ahead of the curve with teaching skills most kids 2-3 years older are trying to learn. He challenges his players to be creative and play the game with passion, while demanding they always compete and be great teammates.

As a player, Charlie played 4 years at the University of Michigan, where he was part of 2 Frozen Four teams, 3 CCHA Regular Season Championship teams, and 3 CCHA Playoff Championship teams, playing for Red Berenson. Prior to UofM, Charlie played two seasons in the NAHL with the Springfield and Capital Centre. Prior to juniors, he was a 2x State Champion and 2x National Championship Finalist in midget majors with Little Caesars.
